RETURNS -
Of course you can return your purchase if you are unsatisfied, for any reason! We just require you contact us within 30 days of receipt to do so.
After the 30 days, you can return an item for store credit only.
All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
FINAL SALE items are obviously, final sale. :-)
EXCHANGES - If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at sales@reneepiatt.com
GIFTS -
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be sent to you for future use.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item although 99.999% of the time, we will.
